This is our new home! A small 3 bedrooms, one bathroom cape in Roslindale section of Boston. It was the view of the backyard that sold us -- not the house.  You know what they say? location! location! location!

 The house is pretty much a blank canvas - it needs so much TLC. The bathroom wall is just horrendous - sponge painting all over the place. The previous owner definitely ( as my mother put it) failed ceramics 101. Let's just hope he doesn't stumble onto this blog.

The first project we're going to tackle is the bathroom. I will post a before picture shortly.  We're hoping the kitchen is next!
